Accessing the Subconscious Mind

Being in a trance state is one of the most effective ways to access the subconscious mind. Throughout history, shamans and meditators have shown us the value of entering this relaxed and focused mental frequency to connect with the higher self and other beings.

Although, as humans, we should be able to access this state on our own, it is facilitated by the use of hypnotic techniques.

This course is designed to be practical, providing you with the knowledge and skills to guide your clients into the hypnotic trance state effortlessly.

In reality, we’re all in a form of trance most of our lives. From a certain perspective, hypnosis allows us to come out of the trance of our personal perspectives and limitations and align more closely with reality or at least achieve an expanded perspective of ourselves and the world around us.

We are in a trance when we do things out of habit or because they’re traditional or cultural. We're in a trance when we respond, even subconsciously, to the urging of an advertisement. Our self-assessment, or self-esteem, is considered to be a group of trance states that collectively reflect our self-worth and manifest as our personality.

On the other end of the spectrum, shamans throughout history and in many indigenous cultures have used deliberately induced trance to create profound spiritual connections and effect healing changes.

The trance state, far from being a controlling or harmful experience, is often enjoyable. As humans, we are naturally drawn to these altered, transpersonal states. While it's true that these states can be accessed in potentially unhealthy ways, such as through drugs or alcohol, the true potential of trance lies in its ability to facilitate health, wellness, connection, alignment with reality, and the manifestation of goals.

Throughout this course, you’ll learn several techniques for using the Hypnotic Envelope to create a luscious container for your client to explore awareness, healing, and growth and build connections to spiritual realms.

As hypnotherapists, we adhere to strict ethical standards. While we don’t diagnose, analyze, or prescribe unless we are licensed and approved to do so, we do provide a safe platform for our clients to explore, discover, shift, and grow in healthier ways.
