Beginning in the late 1960s with my studies in Tarot and Astrology, I became the editor of the journal "Grapevine" for the Colorado Astrological Association in the mid-1970s,  interviewing well-known astrologers, writing articles, and creating original astrological crossword puzzles.

I began professionally offering past life regression sessions, along with readings using Tarot and Astrology in 1988. Teaching my unique methods of Tarot and Astrology as early as 1996, I continued my pursuit of the spiritual with intense training from the Celtic/Druidic perspective, moving into hypnotherapy as a means to bring this work to the greater population.

Over the years I authored 5 books, including Hypnotherapy: A Client-Centered Approach and Past Life Regression: A Guide for Practitioners. For several years I served on the Board of Directors for the local chapters of the National Guild of Hypnotists and Washington Hypnosis Association. 

Along the way, I earned a Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology, and certifications in NLP, Reiki, Gestalt, EFT, and Applied Kinesiology, among others.

It was my pleasure to create, develop, and teach the tarot, hypnotherapy, and past life regression certification courses at both Bastyr University and Bellevue College, and now continue to provide privately sponsored education in multiple topics live, over Zoom, and through online education platforms. 

It's been my honor to be initiated into Mensa in 1978, and be named among the Top 100 Thought Leaders of 2007 by Personal Excellence magazine. 

My sessions, workshops, and courses are founded on solid personal and professional experiences and education, sprinkled with eye-opening wisdom and philosophical perspectives and tailored for immediate practical application.
