Why Learn Astrology with Mary Lee LaBay
Beginning in the late 1960’s with my studies in Tarot and Astrology, I became the editor of the journal "Grapevine" for the Colorado Astrological Association in the mid-1970’s, interviewing well-known astrologers, writing articles, and creating original astrological crossword puzzles.
I began professionally offering past life regression sessions, along with readings using Tarot and Astrology in 1988. Teaching my unique methods of Tarot and Astrology as early as 1996, I continued my pursuit of the spiritual with intense training from the Celtic/Druidic perspective, moving into hypnotherapy as a means to bring this work to the greater population.
Over the years I authored 5 books, including Hypnotherapy: A Client-Centered Approach and Past Life Regression: A Guide for Practitioners.
Along the way, I earned a PhD in Behavioral Psychology, and certifications in NLP, Reiki, Gestalt, EFT, Spiritual Counseling, and Applied Kinesiology. I was admitted to Mensa International, and named among the Top100 Thought Leaders by Personal Excellence magazine.
It was my pleasure to create, develop, and teach the tarot, astrology, hypnotherapy, and past life regression certification courses at both Bastyr University and Bellevue College, and locations as diverse as The Netherlands and India. Now I continue to provide privately sponsored education in multiple topics live, over Zoom, and through online education platforms.
I've drawn up a chart on each and every client (and most friends and business associates) throughout the past 50 years. It gives me an array of information that allows me to more closely understand and connect with my clients. Discussing the chart sets them at ease, reduces the time needed to establish history, quickly develops rapport, opens both of us to deeper revelations and conversations, and reduces their resistance to the work at hand.
